China hthe host of this year’s Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit, and the Chinese President Xi spoke of a changing and turbulent world.

In his opening address to the gathering, Xi spoke of upholding the correct historical perspective on the Second World War and opposing block confrontation and bullying practices.
