Escaped Pennsylvania inmate Danelo Cavalcante was spotted again Monday night, leading police to warn residents he is now likely armed. Pottstown native and business owner Laura Fleming has had to temporarily close her shop in the center of the search zone. She said the area in front of her store is “all blocked off” and that “it’s really intense there.”
