Pan-Africanist, Brian Kagoro says even those Africans looting state properties are not patriotic. They transfer their stolen properties to Swiss banks! Activist and lawyer, Brian Kagoro, was speaking during the 10th National Security Symposium jointly organized by the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College and the University of Rwanda. The theme was “Foreign Interference in Africa: The Enduring Destabilising Factor”. He shared the stage with Moderator, Joseph Warungu, AU Chairperson, Mahamat Moussa Faki, Rwanda's foreign minister, Dr Vincent Biruta, and Prof PLO Lumumba.
